Marketing Operations Analyst

We are looking for a data\-driven Marketing Operations\nAnalyst with hands\-on experience in HubSpot CRM administration and\ncampaign execution. You will manage the backend of our marketing systems,\nkeeping data clean, processes automated, and reporting accurate.

Key\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Publish, manage, and scale targeted email\ncampaigns, ensuring correct layout and formatting
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Own database hygiene, list building, contact\nupdates, and audience segmentation based on behavioral markers
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design, build, and maintain automation workflows\nto streamline operational pipelines
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build custom dashboards, cross\-object tracking,\nand accurate performance reports to monitor operational health
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage and administer HubSpot CRM, structuring\nproperties, maintaining system cleanups, and governing data quality

Requirements<\/h3>

Required\nSkills:<\/span><\/b>

· 3\-5 years of s<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>trong hands\-on technical expertise in HubSpot\nCRM management and administration

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Expertise in dataset management, complex list\nsegmentation, and database cleansing
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to build clear dashboards and track\ngranular campaign data metrics
