Marketing Operations Senior Analyst
As a Marketing Operations Senior Analyst reporting to a Mrketing Manager you'll play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that directly shape how Nasdaq engages with prospects and clients across global markets.

Role Purpose
You'll own the build, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns — from email and events to nurture programs and reporting. You'll ensure every outbound communication is accurate, compliant, and effective, while continuously improving processes and outcomes through data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute end-to-end marketing programs, including email campaigns, events, webinars, gated content, and digital advertising initiatives, with full accountability for targeting accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct rigorous pre-launch quality assurance across content, audience segmentation, personalization, and data inputs to ensure every campaign meets brand and governance standards.
- Analyze email and campaign performance across regions, audiences, and program types — turning data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketers and leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, return on investment, and funnel metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Support marketing technology and data integrations, maintain operational documentation, and drive consistent quality assurance practices across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and testing skills, with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, global teams.
- High attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage and validate complex marketing data, campaign configurations, and workflows to ensure accuracy across systems and channels."

- Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation for content optimization or performance analysis.
- Exposure to campaign compliance, data governance, or risk management in a regulated industry.
