ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Operations & Growth Intern who can wear multiple hats - coordinating events and marketing activities, driving partnership development, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. This is not a traditional marketing or business development internship. We need someone who can operate across three areas simultaneously: coordination and operations, partnership and growth, and market research.
You will support marketing activities, events, and partnership engagements related to industry solutions such as automation, digital transformation, and B2B technology offerings — while also proactively researching the market and bringing new opportunity ideas to your line manager.
In this role, you will:
Marketing, Communication & Industry Solutions Support:
Support execution of B2B marketing initiatives related to industry solutions and partner offerings.
Assist in preparing marketing and event materials that highlight industry use cases, customer problems, and solution benefits.
Quality-check all materials and communications for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before external distribution.
Ensure industry terminology, solution descriptions, names, dates, and logistics are correct.
Events & On-site Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing industry-focused events (exhibitions, workshops, demos, partner sessions) across different locations.
Travel to event sites and provide hands-on, on-site coordination and guest support.
Confidently engage with attendees, partners, solution experts, and vendors.
Partnership & Business Development Support:
Support coordination with solution partners, speakers, and internal solution teams.
Assist in preparing solution decks, briefing notes, and post-event summaries.
Help capture insights from events related to industry needs, customer questions, and solution feedback.
Market Research & Opportunity Scouting:
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new partnership and business opportunities - including emerging startups, manufacturing companies, and innovation-driven organizations in Vietnam and the region.
- Proactively connect with universities, industry associations, and startup communities to build Gradion's presence and pipeline.
- Synthesize research findings and bring concrete opportunity suggestions to your line manager - you are expected to come with ideas, not just wait for direction.
