Marketing Pipeline Manager

About the Opportunity: The Marketing Pipeline Manager role is central to driving the organization''s demand generation efforts. This position is responsible for developing and executing a pipeline-driven growth strategy that generates high-quality demand, improves conversion rates, and builds scalable marketing programs. The role requires close collaboration with product marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives translate into qualified sales opportunities. It demands a strategic and hands-on leader capable of using data-driven insights to optimize marketing investments and program performance. 3\. Responsibilities: * Define and own the overall pipeline generation strategy across marketing channels * Manage pipeline volume, quality, efficiency, and conversion outcomes * Optimize marketing programs continuously for return on investment and scale * Collaborate with sales and SDR leadership to convert marketing demand into qualified opportunities * Make channel mix and investment decisions across events, paid media, campaigns, and account-based programs * Evaluate channel performance and reallocate budgets based on data analysis * Lead account-based marketing strategy and coordinate efforts across marketing, sales, and SDR teams * Design integrated programs connecting campaigns, events, content, and sales development follow-up * Identify and resolve marketing funnel bottlenecks to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion * Manage relationships with external agency partners and hold them accountable for performance * Analyze pipeline and channel data to inform decision-making and report to leadership 4\. Requirements: * 8-10 years in demand generation, growth, pipeline marketing, or related B2B marketing roles * 4-5 years in leadership positions with a proven track record of meeting pipeline or revenue goals * Experience making data-driven channel and budget investment decisions * Proficiency with HubSpot for campaign management and funnel analysis * Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies * Experience with account-based marketing in enterprise sales contexts * Ability to operate strategically and hands-on within a lean, high-accountability environment * Experience managing agencies and collaborating across marketing, sales, SDR, and operations teams * Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation 5\.
