Marketing Project Coordinator
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take clear notes
- Coordinate deliverable tasks between design, media, strategy, and development
- Track timelines & deadlines and follow up with team members to keep work completed on time.
- Support Strategy team with client meeting recaps and documentation
- Organize project files and ensure deliverables are stored in the right places
- Update project plans, tasks, and timelines in our project management tools
- Assist with QA checks on assets before delivery
- 2 to 7 years experience in project coordination or a related role
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail oriented with reliable follow through
- Experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar is a plus
- Agency or marketing experience is helpful, but not required
