Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects to ensure they meet the objectives of the project, specifically relating to our rebranding and integration efforts.

The Marketing Project Manager would be the go-to expert for projects and tasks relating to our brand transition into one JBT Marel, coordinating across functions and teams globally.


The Marketing Project Manager is a member of the Global Brand Team and reports to the Global Director of Communications and Branding, and will have one direct report of a Graphic Designer.

This is a two-year contract position.

Main Tasks

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for a timely and professional execution of all aspects of a project, which may include:

  • Project planning

  • Documentation of milestones

  • Reporting and optimizations of projects/processes

  • Adherence to agreed budgets and timelines

  • Stakeholder communication

  • Team coordination and management

Skills and Abilities

  • Critical thinker with a curious and proactive approach

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities and projects

  • Multitask, set and manage expectations while identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies

  • Monitor performance and report on project outcomes

  • Identify and implement process enhancements

  • Act as the main contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback

  • Build solid relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders by fostering teamwork, partnership and collaboration both in a virtual or face-to-face environment

  • Skills to work with multiple stakeholders in an internationally diverse environment

  • Strong leadership skills to lead and manage a collaborative and engaged team

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or other relevant fields

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a relevant field

  • Proven and demonstrable skills in project management and change management

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support team development

  • Experience in leading global projects across teams

  • Good presentation skills

  • Strong English skills, both written and verbal
