Marketing Project Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you’ll manage the execution of growth marketing initiatives, working closely with brand, design, content, and development teams. You’ll own day-to-day marketing operations—from campaign updates and cross-team coordination to partner communications and support for affiliate and email initiatives. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and hands-on who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes and getting things done.
This is a fully remote collaboration under a service agreement. We work primarily within the GMT+1 time zone and expect a regular overlap of business hours on weekdays to allow for meetings and live collaboration.
What you’ll do
Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects and ensure timely delivery across teams;
Manage operational execution of advertising campaigns (creative uploads, updates, tracking deadlines);
Handle partner communications, documentation, and campaign coordination;
Maintain and update reports, assist with data collection and campaign tracking;
Manage affiliate program operations (application reviews, onboarding, payout coordination);
Resolve operational incidents and handle high-priority manual tasks.
What you’ll bring
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in cultural institutions, media, or design-driven products);
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and large volumes of operational work;
Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, design, content, development, external partners);
Analytical mindset with data reporting experience (weekly/monthly tracking);
Familiarity with task management tools and coordination processes;
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, partnerships, affiliates);
High level of autonomy and independence, with strong communication skills;
Fluent spoken and written English
