Marketing Research Manager
About the Team
Marketing Research is the team that helps Salmon understand its customers, market, and brand. We turn questions into evidence, evidence into insight, and insight into decisions that help shape how the business grows.
As Salmon scales, the need for strong customer and market understanding becomes even more important. This team sits at the intersection of Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Leadership — helping ensure that strategic decisions are grounded in high-quality research and clear measurement.
We are building a research function that is thoughtful, structured, and highly impactful. That means creating the systems, standards, and ways of working needed to deliver reliable insights at speed.
About the Role
As a Marketing Research Manager, you will lead and grow Salmon’s marketing research function.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building, not just managing. You will help establish research processes, develop team capabilities, and ensure that customer and market insights directly inform business decisions across Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Leadership teams.
You will lead a team of researchers while building the frameworks, workflows, and operating model needed to scale a high-impact research function. As the strategic research partner to key stakeholders, you will oversee brand health tracking, quantitative research, and marketing analytics, helping shape how Salmon understands its customers, measures its brand, and drives growth.
