Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's social media platforms and marketing content.
• Assist in sales enquiries, customer follow-up and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate customer appointments, meetings and site visits.
• Support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales-related documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in project coordination and daily operational activities.
• Provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or administration will be an advantage.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
