Job Summary

Marketing Planning BB Go to market strategy and marketing plan for BB Go to market including managing communication and budget, execute end to end marketing plan, tracking / evaluation, and presentation.

Job Description

  • Responsible for Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence

  • Define key strategy for marketing plan and identify key strategic channels to develop and implement business plan and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Analyze and identify key strategic target segment and key action plan for each target segment

  • Analyze competitor offering and gather market intelligence for strategic decision-making including gather customer insights and define personas to guide targeted marketing efforts.

  • Create and present performance reports with actionable recommendations and rolling forecast to ensure revenue targets achieved and produce ideas for improvements.

    Go to market management

  • Plan and execute integrated ATL/BTL campaigns across online, offline, and APP platforms including localized marketing.

  • Coordinate with marketing RO to do localized marketing among communication, on ground activities and event to drive

  • Brand awareness and engagement.

  • Initiated & develop communication materials to support marketing initiatives.

  • Manage and control marketing budgets to ensure efficient fund utilization

Qualifications.

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  • Work Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional experience within the Telecom or Marketing sectors.

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid expertise in Telecom and Technology-related businesses.

  • Strategic Marketing: Strong capabilities in developing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and comprehensive marketing plans.

  • Data & Analytics: Highly skilled in utilizing marketing data tools for data analysis and insights.
