POSITION SUMMARY:
Marketing Specialist Pain Management, EMEA contributes to company success by being responsible for the coordination of planning, creating, implementing, and measuring impactful marketing strategies within the Pain Management Portfolio.
This position is a hybrid role (remote position with regular travel) with the person accountable for creating marketing messages and content creation and campaign coordination to advance our engagement and brand. This role will work with stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Education, Operations, Finance, Legal and Regulatory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
- Support the development and execution of regional and European franchise marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives, including content creation, campaign coordination, and implementation of marketing communications and promotional materials.
- Coordinate regional campaigns, product launches, congress activities, physician engagement initiatives, and customer events across European markets, while providing recommendations for future marketing promotions.
- Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement activities across Europe and represent the franchise at regional and international congresses and customer events.
- Conduct competitive product analysis, market research, and customer behaviour analysis to support strategic decision-making, market development activities, and competitive positioning.
- Support sales enablement through product messaging, field support, customer evaluations, product demonstrations, and collaboration with sales representatives during customer visits and procedural cases.
- Provide field-based procedural and clinical support during cryo nerve block cases and physician evaluations, including, therapy education, workflow integration, and best-practice guidance.
- Assist in training physicians, nurses, and operating room staff on product usage, procedural techniques, and clinical adoption initiatives, ensuring clinically accurate and consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with US marketing, scientific affairs, regulatory, clinical, technical, and global marketing teams to align therapy recommendations, messaging, and strategic objectives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Product / Marketing Manager with 3 to 5 years of professional experience with a marketing background.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Must have experience in marketing and communication roles.
- Creative and innovative with a technical aptitude and the ability to communicate cross-functionally within a team
- Managed a variety of large international marketing projects that proved to contribute to your companies or products growth.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a health professions background
- Hands-on and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, or anesthesiology, field, is considered an advantage
- Previous experience with cryoablation, anesthesia or neuromodulation environment
- Experience with international organisations and customers
- A scientific educational background, such as pharmacy, life sciences, biomedical engineering or a related discipline, is a plus.
- Additional European language skills
