Marketing Strategist & Lead Generation Manager

Overview:


We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategist & Lead Generation Expert to design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and contribute directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals

· Design and manage lead generation campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, email, content, etc.)

· Build and optimize lead funnels, from awareness to conversion

· Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment

· Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and insights

· Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems

· Create and oversee content strategies that drive inbound leads

· Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and market segments

· Track KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and lead generation (preferably B2B)

· Proven track record of generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth

· Strong experience with digital marketing channels (paid ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing)

· Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

· Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Experience in technology, analytics, or consulting industries is a plus
