Marketing Strategist

We're looking for a Marketing Strategist who can define and lead our marketing direction by developing data\-informed strategies, managing outsourced content creators, and ensuring that all campaigns and digital/social media activities align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands digital ecosystems, is deeply analytical, and can turn business goals into actionable marketing campaigns that drive real growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

  • Develop and own the marketing strategy across all digital channels (social media, email, web, paid media, etc.).
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage content planning and oversee execution via outsourced creators (designers, copywriters, video editors).
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Create campaign briefs with clear goals, messaging, and timelines for content collaborators.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee social media presence, ensuring consistency across platforms
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track key metrics (engagement, leads, conversions, CAC, ROI) and create actionable reports.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Stay ahead of industry and platform trends to ensure ongoing innovation.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate cross\-functionally with product, tech, sales, and customer service teams.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Own and optimize our online presence

  • Identify and manage partnerships with creatives, influencers, affiliates, or B2B growth partners.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum 2+ years as a Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience developing and executing B2B or B2C digital marketing strategies.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content best practices, and analytics.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with Zoho Marketing, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, or similar.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to manage freelancers and remote collaborators.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with tech, logistics, or startups is a plus.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
