Job Summary

You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, increase student enrolment, and foster community engagement for our Special Needs Education Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive student enrolment growth and increase the centre’s visibility within the community
  • Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media platforms, and email campaigns to engage key audiences effectively
  • Create compelling educational and promotional content tailored to the needs of families and stakeholders in special needs education
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with schools, clinics, and community organizations to expand outreach and collaborative opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI and inform strategic decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within education or healthcare sectors
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and content creation techniques
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when engaging with families in the special needs community
