ABOUT YOU:
As the Master Data Analyst for Cervelo, you will be the single point of ownership for all master data. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of the data that drives our business operations. You will report to the Business Systems Analyst and be a key player in shaping the company's data strategy.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:
Manage the full lifecycle of master data within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment, understanding and adherence to data governance processes.
Assist global markets in adhering to PON.BIKE data governance standards and maintain Cervelo master data accuracy.
Proactively audit data quality and identify opportunities for improvement, working with cross-functional business teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance data accuracy.
Act as a subject matter expert on master data, providing support and training to end-users and communicating technical data concepts in a clear, understandable way.
Lead data-related projects and initiatives, demonstrating the ability to drive change and build consensus with stakeholders and business users without direct authority.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and tools.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry or another data-driven environment.
Proven experience in a data-focused role, with a strong understanding of master data concepts and best practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with different teams.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and other data management/visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Familiarity with data governance best practices and standards.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A strong desire to take ownership and lead initiatives, driving results and influencing others through collaboration.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicating, verbally and in writing, in English and fluency in another language is a plus.

SALARY RANGE: This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range between $73,000-$80,000.
