About Product & Stocks
Our Product and Stocks Team look after all the stock transactions relating to our fuel products. Having our product valued and reconciled correctly is crucial for Z and joining us as a Mātanga Matatiki Kora Stocks Specialist will see you deliver outcomes in a key part of our business.
About the role
With periods of extended leave across the team we are looking for a skilled pair of hands to join the team and support our mahi. This fixed term contract will go from an asap start to 12 February 2027.
If you enjoy working with numbers, reconciliations, have an eye for detail and the perseverance to get to the bottom of discrepancies this might be just the role for you!
You will have the opportunity to
- Process daily verifications confirming customer delivery amounts matching terminal loadings
- Undertake investigations to resolve discrepancies between volumes
- File and record all delivery documents accurately and consistently
- Perform month end terminal stock reconciliations and ensure physical and book stock levels match
- Provide delivery data requested by internal and external customers
- Ensuring all Terminal stock variances are investigated and reported
- Coordinate with MOVE Haulier, Customer Supply Team, Terminals and Customer Team to resolve delivery issues
What you’ll bring to Z
- Experience working with a finance role or with data
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and analysis
- Highly accurate data entry skills
- Proficient in computer applications – MS Excel in particular
- Skilled at stock reconciliation & inventory management
- Ability to deliver on time and quality work
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to commit to a fixed term contract

The base salary range for this role is $67,400 to $77,00 per annum, we also offer a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
