\n You\u2019ll be joining experienced owners who are hands\-on yet supportive, with a strong focus on crew development and progression. There is genuine scope for the Mate/Engineer to step up into a Captain role during the program.<\/span>

\n We are seeking a driven Mate/Engineer and Stew/Chef (couple or individuals) for a well\-maintained 20m Oyster sailing yacht embarking on an Oyster World Rally program. This is a rare opportunity to gain serious offshore mileage across remote and bucket\-list cruising grounds.<\/span>

  • Solid offshore sailing background<\/span>

    • Strong practical engineering ability<\/span>
