<\/p>

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a <\/span><\/span>Material Expediter<\/span><\/span><\/b> to support logistics, shipping, and material handling operations for the US Air Force and US Navy at Joint Base Charleston. This role is critical to ensuring the timely movement, tracking, and processing of materials in support of mission requirements.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>
  • Locate, move, and distribute materials and parts to meet operational schedules and priorities
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments from vendors, depots, and government sources
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Verify shipment accuracy and resolve discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages, or delays)
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Process and track high\-priority shipments and sensitive items in accordance with regulations
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using government systems
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assign shipment priorities and coordinate transportation methods to meet delivery requirements
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform packaging and preservation of materials in accordance with established procedures
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and position materials
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety and operational protocols
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with leadership and government personnel to support contract performance and resolve issues
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain)
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or material handling, preferably in a DoD or regulated environment
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Working knowledge of inventory systems and shipment documentation processes
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with cargo processing, shipping/receiving, and material tracking
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with logistics systems (e.g., CMOS, ILS\-S, or similar)
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • HAZMAT certification (or ability to obtain)
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain and maintain)
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem\-solving skills
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to communicate effectively with military and civilian personnel
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      • Ability to lift and move materials in warehouse or operational environments
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Comfortable working in industrial, flight line, or logistics settings
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Valid driver\u2019s license (may be required to operate government vehicles)
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Must meet all safety, security, and training requirements for access to a government installation
        <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
