General Summary:

Performs a variety of material handling duties including, but not limited to, moving material and loading/unloading vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Locate and identify material to be loaded on the truck assessing any discrepancies.

• Verify loads and create shipping labels

• Utilize safe and secure practices when loading material onto trucks, installing protective devices as necessary.

• Produce loading lists, packing slips and bill of ladings.

• Assess incoming material and verify accuracy

• Unload materials and deliver to storage coordinating with other Material Handlers to pick up products

• Operates small hand tools including: screwdriver, nail gun, load bar, and/or chop saw.
