About the Role

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer floral orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This position directly supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


What You'll Do
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or paper tickets
• Ensure orders are prepared for shipment with attention to quality and accuracy
• Handle and move inventory, including stacking, shrink wrapping, and staging pallets
• Operate in a refrigerated warehouse environment while maintaining productivity
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines and volume demands
• Partner with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations


Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 36°F) with or without reasonable accommodation.


Compensation & Benefits (What's in it for you)
The expected hourly rate for this position is $16.50. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

• Schedule: Sunday (12–1pm start time) and Monday–Thursday (2–3pm start time)
