Materials Mgmt Analyst I
As a Materials Mgmt Analyst I here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting the materials management processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations and timely availability of materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels, coordinate material requirements, and support procurement activities to meet business demands.
You will report directly to our Materials Management Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring accurate materials planning and inventory control, which supports production schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and reduce excess or obsolete materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability and resolve supply issues.
- Support the execution of materials management processes including order tracking, data entry, and reporting.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in materials management or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control and materials planning processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP materials data management.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in materials management or supply chain roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of material control systems and inventory management best practices.
