Materials Rep Food Services-Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center-Full Time
Responsible for monitoring quality, temperature, and accuracy of inventory supplies for patients' and non-patients’ meals. Maintains and ensures cleanliness and sanitation in work areas in compliance with policies and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities:

Provides supplies needed for production of patient and non-patient meals.

Maintains inventory of all groceries, meats, frozen items, paper goods replacements and menu items on daily basis for ordering purposes.
- Develop food and supply orders according to need and build to appropriate par levels.
- Communicates quality standard requirements and trains employees to follow proper procedures to complete tasks.
- Supervises the assembly requisitions and patient nourishment along with sanitation of the entire kitchen.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas according to sanitation checklist in compliance with Hospital, State, HACCP and JCAHO requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
