Prinsco is looking for a Materials Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading raw material management, supporting inventory accuracy, and developing team members while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

What you will do • Lead and support the materials team through coaching, accountability, and development
• Oversee raw material inventory including receiving, storage, usage planning, and system accuracy
• Partner with procurement and accounting to resolve inventory variances and vendor issues
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cross training within the department
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure adherence to company standards
