We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our Maxima Macquarie store in NSW on a part-time basis at 25 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store

  • Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team

  • Drive team engagement and performance while bringing our values to life every day

  • Help lead your team confidently through an exciting period of change, creating a positive and inclusive environment throughout the store transformation.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Experience successfully leading large retail teams

  • A passion for delivering exception customer experiences and creating MECCA magic moments

  • Confidence coaching, developing and providing meaningful feedback to team members

  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to inspire others through change

Requirement of the role:

  • Availability to work late evenings and weekends
