MD Operation Specialist

Responsibilities：

1. コラボ店舗PJにおける協業先との窓口業務を行う

協業店舗プロジェクトにおいて、外部パートナーとの主要な窓口として対応を行う。

マネージャーの指示のもと、協業店舗プロジェクトのマーチャンダイズ販売計画に基づき、企画および提案業務のサポートを行う。

協業店舗プロジェクトにおける受発注業務を管理・対応する。

協業店舗プロジェクトに関わる社内各部門との連携を調整し、横断的な業務推進を行う。

2. 輸出関連書類の作成を行うとともに、フォワーダーと連携し、出荷手配および輸送管理業務を実施する。

月2回実施される在庫表更新にあわせ、各販路における滞留在庫および欠品状況の分析を行い、在庫状況および課題を各販路担当者およびマネージャーへ報告する。

年2回実施される在庫廃棄業務において、滞留在庫の抽出・整理を行い、マネージャーの指示のもと、倉庫と連携して廃棄作業を実施する。

3. マネージャーが作成した販売計画に基づき、コラボ店舗プロジェクトに関連する商品企画業務について、作品担当と連携しながら、企画から納品までの一連のプロセスを推進する。

企画部門における業務サポートとして、資料作成、商品撮影の調整、品番登録などの運営業務を行う。

Bilibili WorldやWonder FestivalなどのMD関連イベントにおいてMD部門の窓口を担当し、販売商品リストの作成など関連業務を行う。

4. SAPを活用し、MD部門における業務全般のサポートを行う。

5. 問題が発生した際には速やかに上司へ報告し、再発防止策の調査を支援すること。

Qualifications

1. 学士以上の学位を取得して;

2. 知的財産（IP）関連の製品企画経験が必須。同業界での実務経験が1年以上ある方を歓迎

3. 日本語能力試験N1レベル、ビジネスレベルの日本語会話

4. および文章作成能力アニプレックスの制作内容を理解し、市場のニーズを常に把握している

5. 強いプレッシャーの下でも、目標スケジュール通りに業務を進めることができる

6. 効果的なプロジェクト管理能力

7. 最新の技術と、その日常業務への応用について理解している

8. チームメンバーとして、協調性を持って効率的に業務を進めることができる

9. 自発的で、自信があり、エネルギッシュで、創造力がある
