Senior MDM / Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) Developer (Offshore)

• Role Summary
• The Senior MDM / RIH Developer is responsible for the design, configuration, development, and enhancement of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The role provides hands-on technical leadership in MDM configuration, integration development, and data quality enablement, following established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• MDM Configuration & Customization
• Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data
• Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows
• Configure role-based access controls and data security policies
• Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake
• Integration Development
• Design and develop batch and real-time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
• Build data pipelines between MDM, source systems, and downstream platforms
• Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and integration issues
• Testing, Deployment & Support
• Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations
• Support deployments across development, test, and production environments
• Provide production support and defect resolution
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement
• Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization
• Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise MDM best practices
