DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) MFA, Belgium, PR&O, Austria Professional, located in Kfar Saba, Center District, Israel.
The MFA, Belgium, PR&O, Austria Professional supports the planning and execution of professional education and engagement initiatives across multiple European markets. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality, compliant education programs that help healthcare professionals adopt and effectively use DePuy Synthes products. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cross-regional environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to improving clinical outcomes through education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support the execution of professional medical education programs across Belgium and Austria markets
• Assist in planning and delivering training initiatives, including product education and procedural demonstrations for healthcare professionals
• Manage logistics for education events such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs) to ensure alignment with commercial and clinical objectives
• Track program performance and collect feedback to support continuous improvement of education initiatives
• Support development and maintenance of education materials and content
• Ensure all programs and activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Maintain engagement records and support relationship management with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
• Contribute to coordination of digital learning platforms and content delivery tools
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in medical education, program coordination, or healthcare-related roles
• Experience supporting training programs, events, or stakeholder engagement activities
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-regional environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
• Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and support reporting
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
Preferred:
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with professional medical education and healthcare provider training programs
• Experience working across multiple countries or supporting regional/global initiatives
• Exposure to digital learning platforms or learning management systems (LMS)
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience working with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German)
Other:
• Language requirements: English required; additional European language proficiency preferred
• Travel up to 20–25% (primarily within Europe)
• Certifications in project management or learning & development preferred
