You will diagnose and resolve vehicle issues by working directly with car owners, using diagnostic tools, coordinating spare parts, and confirming repairs through test drives.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with car owners to understand vehicle problems
• Use diagnostic scanners to trace and identify vehicle faults
• Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues independently to restore proper function
• Conduct test drives with car owners to verify and confirm problem resolution
• Coordinate the sourcing and management of spare parts needed for repairs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in coordinating spare parts logistics and inventory management
