In the role of Mechanical BIM Modeler, we'll count on you to\:

  • Understand the M&E services design and prepare drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
  • Understand and comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project
  • Support project modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes
  • Create 3D model content and ensuring model quality control
  • Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines
  • M&E Drawing production from 3D models
  • Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings/BIM models
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

About You

  • ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Knowledge on AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.
  • Conversant in international or local codes and regulations as well as authority submission procedures.
  • Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Naviswork & Excel
  • Good communication and interaction skill.
