OUR TEAM:
In the Engineering / Industrialization Department, we aim to deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable industrial infrastructure by ensuring optimal design and execution of mechanical and utility systems across the site.
MISSION:
In the domain of mechanical and building utilities,
- Ensure delivery of energy and utility installations at optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Design, implement, and oversee mechanical and utility system projects in line with performance, cost, and timeline targets.
- Optimize technical solutions through feasibility analysis, proper sizing, and continuous improvement practices.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering and project management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Hands-on experience with mechanical utility systems such as HVAC, chillers, compressed air, water systems, fire protection, boilers/steam systems, and piping
- Strong understanding of energy and fluid systems, including safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience in preparing technical specifications, calculations, and engineering drawings
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level)
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java
Preferred:
- Experience in industrial construction or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with cost estimation, risk analysis, and project planning
- Experience in supplier selection and contractor management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices in engineering and utilities
