Mechanical Design Engineer

<\/span>We are seeking an experienced and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to contribiute the design and development of advanced mechanical systems and products.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for concept generation, detailed design, prototyping, testing,\nproduct validation, and supporting product launch activities while collaborating with cross\-functional\nteams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>
  • Design and development of innovative mechanical systems from concept to production.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation using SolidWorks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, prototyping, testing, and\nvalidation activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with electrical, controls, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure successful\nproduct assembly and functionality.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and reliability.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage multiple projects, support production activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Expert in Solidworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Expert in tolerances and fits.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Expert proficiency in SolidWorks.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong expertise in GD&T, tolerances, fits, and tolerance stack\-up analysis.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with DFMEA, DFM, and DFA methodologies.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, welding, and fabrication.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience in prototyping, testing, and product validation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to create detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work effectively in cross\-functional teams.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience in robotics, automation, AMRs, AGVs, or industrial equipment is preferred.
