Mechanical Design Engineer

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work within an experienced and multi-disciplined team delivering engineering designs for the Offshore Industries. The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for producing engineering deliverables for a work-pack /sub-system or entire project throughout the project life cycle.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing technical solutions to complex engineering problems. This may include concept design, detailed design, calculations, analysis and technical reports/documentation
• Take ownership of the tasks assigned through to successful delivery within the specified time, budget to the specification and required quality standards
• Take direction from the Senior Engineer

Job requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (BEng/Meng) as a minimum
• Experienced in engineering design and development
