Mechanical Design

  • Design & Modeling:<\/b> <\/span>Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prototyping & Testing:<\/b>
    <\/span>Develop, build, and test prototypes to validate design functionality and performance.
    <\/div><\/span><\/li>
  • Simulation & Analysis:<\/b> <\/span>Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to validate structural and thermal integrity.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Documentation:<\/b> <\/span>Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications, and design documentation.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaboration:<\/b> <\/span>Work with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production (DFM), as well as with sourcing and quality teams.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Problem Solving:<\/b> <\/span>Troubleshoot issues during the product development lifecycle and provide engineering solutions.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Education:<\/b> <\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Software Proficiency:<\/b> <\/span>Strong knowledge of SolidWorks<\/span> software <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Technical Knowledge:<\/b> <\/span>Understanding of mechanics, materials, manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, sheet metal), and GD&T.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Analytical Skills:<\/b> <\/span>Strong mathematical and problem\-solving abilities.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Communication:<\/b> <\/span>Ability to work in cross\-functional teams and present technical data to stakeholders<\/span>
