I. Knowledge and understanding of multidisciplinary engineering activities and tools, especially in

II. Making and designing technical (overview) 2D drawings and 3D models, in such a way that this

leads to a design that meets the established requirements and specifications of a project.

III. Parametric modeling in 3D in Inventor.
<\/div>
<\/div>
IV. Able to read process documents like P&ID\u2019, PFD, Steam table etc.
<\/div>
<\/div>
V. Planning, coordinating, supervising, and checking design activities within the mechanical field, or
<\/div>
<\/div>
making and designing technical (overview) drawings, documents and manuals in such a way that
<\/div>
<\/div>
this leads to a design that meets the established requirements and specifications of a project.

<\/div>
VI. Good knowledge of the English language in word and writing.
<\/div>
<\/div>
VII. Experience in coordinating an (Engineering) department and multidisciplinary project teams.

<\/div>
VIII. Preferably experience in the iron and steel industry.

<\/div>
IX. Experience with working independently under time pressure.
<\/div>

X. Able to survive within different working climates (cooperative, negotiation, fighting climate).
