Mechanical Mechatronic Engineer - Staff
What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for automation System Support & Integration, including design mechanical components, assemblies, jigs, fixtures and automation machine structures and create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings with CAD software; follow GD&T and company standards. Prepare BOM, part specifications and engineering documentation and support new production line installation, commissioning and mechanical setup.
- You will also be responsible to troubleshoot mechanical failures, vibration, alignment and wear issues on production equipment and conduct root cause analysis, implement modification and continuous improvement.
- You will be responsible for Robotics, Ergonomics & Safety, including implement robotic solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual handling and apply ergonomic principles and conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- You will be responsible for System Optimization & Continuous Improvement, including monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement using data analysis and Lean principles and assist in developing SOPs and training materials for operators and maintenance teams.
- You will be responsible for Supplier coordination & Technical evaluation including set up automation requirements to ensure supplier understand and develop the right solutions. Collaborate and support automation suppliers and integrators to resolve technical issues and validate solutions.
What We're Looking for
- You with bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Your experience in automotive / tire / industrial automation industry would be a plus.
- You with good English communication.
- You with proficient in CAD design software (SolidWorks/Creo/Revit/AutoCAD).
- You with basic understanding of DFM, tolerance stack-up and mechanical failure analysis.
- You with familiarity with safety standards for automated systems.
- You with ability to interpret technical documentation and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
- You with effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
