Materials Management:<\/b> Manage critical supplier performance via metrics and optimize inventory levels to balance market demand with budgetary constraints.

Budget & KPI Management:<\/b> Partner with leadership to set annual budgets, track monthly performance metrics, and take full accountability for business operating costs.

Project Management:<\/b> Lead collaborative capital investment projects with engineering to automate labor\-intensive processes and improve operational reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in STEM field required

5+ years of management in manufacturing environment preferred
