Responsibilities:
- Estimate small to mid-sized mechanical projects
- Manage projects you are awarded
o Submit Change-orders
o Get pricing from suppliers
o Manage schedule
o Manage budget
- Ensure we exceed clients and general contractor’s requirements for projects
Requirements:
- Local in San Diego
- 3 or more years of Mechanical Project Management experience (HVAC)
- Familiar with MS excel, Quickpen, BlueBeam, and MS Project
- Strong references
