Media Buyer - Affiliate Lead Generation

This role is designed for a performance-focused media buyer who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments where results directly shape growth. You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta advertising campaigns across high-volume affiliate lead generation verticals. The position blends creativity and analytics, requiring constant testing of ad creatives, funnels, and landing pages to maximize ROI. You will operate in a highly iterative setup where speed of execution, experimentation, and disciplined optimization are essential. Working closely with leadership, you will help identify winning offers and scale them efficiently while maintaining profitability targets. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence spend, performance, and business growth.
Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end Meta ad campaign execution across multiple affiliate lead generation verticals, ensuring consistent performance and scalability.
- Optimize campaigns daily through data analysis, bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and funnel improvements to maintain strong ROI.
- Develop, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives, hooks, copy, scripts, and landing pages at scale.
- Launch new campaigns, ads, and landing pages on a continuous testing schedule to identify winning combinations quickly.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify scaling opportunities, and allocate budget toward top-performing campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tracking setup, compliance, and proper attribution across affiliate and advertising systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, refine workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the scaling of high-performing affiliate offers across multiple verticals.
- Proven hands-on experience in Meta media buying specifically within affiliate lead generation environments.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently run ROI-positive campaigns and scale profitable ad spend.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, campaign structures, and scaling methodologies.
- Experience building compelling ad angles, hooks, and creative strategies that drive conversion.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and affiliate tracking platforms such as RedTrack.
- Familiarity with spy tools (e.g., Pipi Ads, Atria, SpyHero or equivalent) for competitive analysis and creative inspiration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fast, effective optimization decisions.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, performance-driven environments with aggressive testing cadence.
- Experience with additional ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) or tools (Canva, AI creative tools) is a plus.
- Optional experience in verticals such as loans, insurance, home services, or affiliate eCommerce is advantageous.
