Media Buying Manager (Chinese speaker)

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buying Manager (Chinese speaker) to lead our user acquisition and performance marketing efforts across global digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive user growth, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in major ad platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end media buying strategies across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns from testing to scaling, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and KPIs.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve campaign performance.

2. Budget Management & ROI Optimization

  • Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently across multiple channels and campaigns.
  • Monitor spending, track ROI, and ensure cost-efficiency while achieving volume targets.
  • Balance cost, conversion, and scale to maximize overall campaign impact.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, troubleshoot underperformance, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.


Requirements

Experience & Industry Background

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing / media buying / user acquisition on iGaming (online casino).
  • Proven track record with demonstrable case studies of successful campaign management on at least two major platforms, including Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets, preferably with exposure to emerging markets.

Technical & Platform Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Deep understanding of each platform's ad delivery logic, account structure, creative best practices, and targeting options.
  • Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools (e.g., MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, partners, and teams.
