We offer a bouquet of Cross Device & Multi Geo Supply across Display\nand Performance.<\/span> Xapads has been expanding\nits operations and infrastructure to ensure continued innovation at global <\/span> ABOUT THE JOB:<\/span><\/b> If\nyou have a winning attitude, and are highly motivated, we have exciting Ad Tech\nsales representative/ manager positions selling media products and services.\nThis position is responsible for keeping relationships with media planners\nacross agencies and generate opportunities and revenue through the sale of our\nadvertising products and services.<\/span> <\/span> ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/b> ● <\/span><\/span>You\nmust think and act like a sales hunter, Aggressive sales activity is expected.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Prospecting\nthrough new leads, media planners\u2019 relationship management and hunting,\nexisting relationships, promotional events, and other sources.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Ensure\na strong metrics focused approach is applied in business planning and\nexecution.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Effectively\ndrive the implementation of concepts and client briefs with internal teams.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Desire\nto be proficient in company products and services across digital advertising<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Be\nwilling to work as part of a team.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Strong\ndesire to bring positive energy and urge to excel in sales.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Keen\nability to understand big picture and strategy yet pay attention to detail.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Ability\nto multitask and balance the needs of multiple departments within the function\nand multiple brands outside<\/span> <\/span> QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<\/span><\/b> ● <\/span><\/span>Associate\u2019s\nor bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, marketing and Related field<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Prior\nexperience in similar role<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Excellent\ncommunication in Bahasa Indonesia and English<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Proficiency\nin numbers, and Microsoft Suite Office etc<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Strong\nverbal and written communication skills<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Ability\nto multitask and meet tight deadlines<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>Work\ntowards achieving targets<\/span> <\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>For\nRep role: minimum of 2 years of experience in adtech sales or similar industry\nsales role<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span>For\nmanager role, minimum 4 years of experience in adtech sales and connects with\nagency<\/span>
