Medical Aesthetician
As a Medical Aesthetician at Physician’s Plan, you will provide advanced skincare treatments, consultations, and personalized care to our clients. Your role is vital in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals while ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment. You will work closely with our medical team to deliver the highest standard of service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skincare needs, concerns, and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ objectives.
- Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of medical-grade aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other advanced skincare procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Educate clients on skincare products and routines, recommending appropriate products based on their skin type and treatment plan.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all protocols, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure client safety during treatments. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, following up on treatment progress, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical providers and team to ensure cohesive care for clients. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and treatment techniques.
- Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of client consultations, treatments, and progress notes in our electronic medical record software in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and stay current with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics.
Practice Development:
- Assists in off-site presentations to local businesses and organizations to increase awareness and trial for Physician's Plan.
- Assists in trade show preparation, including booth display, POP materials, and collateral, and generates leads and new business opportunities for practice.
