Shifts Within Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM weekdays | 8:00AM – 12:00 AM weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Room and prepare pediatric patients for urgent care visits

  • Obtain vitals, medical histories, and perform clinical intake

  • Assist providers with urgent care procedures and patient flow

  • Perform phlebotomy EKGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection

  • Support medication administration and clinical documentation

  • Educate and reassure patients and families during visits

  • Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards

  • Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and front desk staff

  • Help ensure an efficient, positive patient experience


What We’re Looking For

  • Medical Assistant certification preferred

  • Current BLS and PALS certifications required

  • EKG certification/experience required

  • Phlebotomy experience required

  • Urgent care, emergency medicine, or pediatric experience strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical, multitasking, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with EMR systems preferred (AthenaOne experience a plus)

  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused mindset

Compensation Offered:

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 23.00 USD Hourly

The salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
