Job Title: Medical Sales Representative BX

Location: Tuscany, Remote

Job Description

The Medical Sales Representative Biologics promotes and sells medical products to healthcare professionals, educating them on the benefits and features of these products. They build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they stay informed about new products and industry trends. The role involves extensive travel and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Sales / Direct Sale plans and processes to maximize sales opportunity through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers
  • Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
    Implement and execute Sales / Direct Sales processes and policies ensuring product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met
  • Collaborate on Sales / Direct Sales activities informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in the immunology or medical device pharmaceutical sector, is highly appreciated. Knowledge of products and medical terminology is essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare providers
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Intermediate English needed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Skills

This position has an indicative Annual base salary range of 56.300 to 68.812 EUR per annum based on the requirements of the role.

In addition, the role is also eligible for incentive compensation and benefits commensurate with the role that apply: company car, healthcare plan, pension fund, meal vouchers
