MEL Technical\nActivities: <\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the Manager in\ndeveloping and updating data collection tools by providing input and feedback\nbased on day\-to\-day use.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in maintaining the\nM&E systems by regularly collecting data and ensuring consistency and\nintegrity of data within the platforms.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support in the monitoring of\nactivities and outputs by collecting and analyzing data against performance\nindicators.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in organizing and\ndelivering MEL training to team members and stakeholders as required.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to data quality\nassurance efforts by regularly reviewing and verifying collected data.<\/span> 2. <\/span><\/b>Management and\nPlanning<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide support in reviewing\nMEL methodologies by offering insights and suggestions from the ground\-level\napplication.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in the implementation of\nsystem changes by helping to test and provide feedback on new systems and\nprocesses.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support programme\nimplementation by ensuring that day\-to\-day M&E activities align with the\noverall plan and funder requirements.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in the development of\ndashboards by gathering and compiling necessary data and feedback for the\nManager\u2019s review.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to the development\nof operating templates by supporting the refinement of processes based on daily\noperational needs.<\/span> 3. Special Studies and Knowledge Management<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in research and\nliterature reviews by conducting initial data gathering and compiling relevant\ninformation for special studies.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support fieldwork for special\nresearch topics by coordinating logistics and ensuring that data collection\naligns with study objectives.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide day\-to\-day management\nsupport by overseeing specific M&E activities and ensuring that project\ntasks are completed on time.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to knowledge\-sharing\nactivities by identifying and documenting lessons learned, and assisting in\norganizing events and discussions.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support institutional learning\nby helping to curate and share best practices and insights with the wider team.<\/span> 4. Reporting<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in data analysis and\nreporting by producing initial drafts of monitoring reports and presentations\nfor the Manager\u2019s review.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the preparation of\nreports by gathering, compiling, and formatting data according to standardized\ntemplates.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to the dissemination\nof findings by helping to prepare materials and coordinate<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>communication with\nstakeholders.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with\nreporting requirements by maintaining accurate records and adhering to\nestablished guidelines.<\/span> 5. Continuous Improvement<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in Lean Impact study\nactivities by collecting and analysing data, and supporting the implementation\nof study designs.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the interpretation of\ndata by preparing preliminary insights and identifying trends for the Manager\nto review.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to continuous\nimprovement efforts by providing regular feedback on current processes and\nsuggesting incremental changes.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in organizing and\nparticipating in review sessions to discuss findings and share learnings with\nthe team.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support feedback mechanisms by\nhelping to capture and document lessons learned from ongoing projects.<\/span> 8. People Management<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Degree\nin Monitoring and Evaluation or related field, Honors is advantageous<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>At\nleast three years\u2019 experience in Monitoring and Evaluation<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient\nexperience in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord Technical Knowledge\n& Understanding and/or Skills & Abilities<\/span>
