Member of Enterprise Risk Management

You will support the implementation and execution of Risk and Control Assessments and operate GRC tooling to maintain accurate RCSA data. You will advise on qualitative and quantitative aspects of risk assessment standards and consult on regulatory reporting, identifying risks and controls around those processes. You will perform quality assurance on RCSA data, facilitate root cause analyses of risk events, draft risk assessment reports and presentations for senior leaders and regulators, and oversee timely remediation of control weaknesses. You will interpret applicable regulations, conduct independent research, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map risks, evaluate controls, and support audit and regulatory requests. You will use spreadsheets for data analysis and clearly communicate risk rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RCSAs and operation of GRC tools
• Ability to interpret applicable regulations and perform independent research
• Excellent Google Sheets or Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience supporting audit and regulatory requests
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk at micro and macro levels
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Crypto industry knowledge
