Member of Revenue Strategy & Operations Salesforce Architect
You will design and build the marketing data ecosystem in Salesforce, shaping attribution models and analytics used for executive decision making. You will translate revenue goals into technical workflows, create scalable data models and complex sharing rules, and build multi-system integrations. You will implement CI/CD and manage environments from sandbox to production, review and approve system changes, and resolve programmatic limits and Large Data Volume challenges. You will partner with marketing, sales, and revenue leaders to measure impact, work with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with banking and security standards, and audit and refactor legacy configurations to maintain performance as the system scales.

- Design scalable data models and complex sharing and visibility patterns
- Build and maintain multi-system integrations with ERPs and CLM tools
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage Salesforce environments
- Translate revenue goals into technical workflows to improve data velocity
- Develop attribution models and analytics for executive decision making
- Ensure Salesforce compliance with banking charter and security standards
- Review and approve Flows, Apex triggers, and integrations
- Audit and refactor legacy configurations to mitigate technical debt
- Drive the bi-weekly sprint roadmap and prioritize architectural stability
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce-specific solutioning experience
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect credentials or the comprising Designer certifications
- Expert-level ability in designing scalable data models and integration strategies
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce Order of Execution and CI/CD processes
- Experience with Large Data Volumes and programmatic automation
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERPs (NetSuite) and CLM tools (Ironclad)
- Domain experience in Financial Services, Crypto, or FinTech and familiarity with KYC/AML and security auditing
- Fluency with Revenue Stack components including CPQ, HubSpot/Marketo integrations, and BI reporting (Looker)
