Member of Technical Staff, Token Vesting (Fullstack Engineer)

You will own features end-to-end, shaping ideas, implementing them, shipping to production, and iterating based on feedback. You will collaborate closely with product and design to define solutions, participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance across the full stack. You will focus on code quality, testing, performance, and developer experience, review frontend and backend code, break down large projects into manageable tasks, estimate scope and time, and communicate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from shaping ideas to shipping and iterating
• Implement and maintain full stack features
• Collaborate with product and design to shape solutions
• Improve code quality, performance, and developer experience
• Review frontend and backend code for consistency and quality
• Break down large projects, estimate scope and time, and manage delivery
• Participate in design and technical discussions and communicate across teams

Requirements

• Experience building complex distributed systems and web applications
• Proficiency with Svelte or SvelteKit or similar JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, Angular.js, or Vue.js
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ownership mentality and attention to code quality, test infrastructure, and end-user experience
