Key Responsibilities
<\/div>
<\/div>
✅ Design HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical Systems
<\/div>
<\/div>
✅ Prepare engineering calculations and construction documents
<\/div>
<\/div>
✅ Develop and coordinate Revit/BIM models
<\/div>
<\/div>
✅ Perform code compliance reviews and quality control checks
<\/div>
<\/div>
✅ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
<\/div>
<\/div>
✅ Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
<\/div>
<\/div>
Minimum Qualifications
<\/div>
<\/div>
? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
<\/div>
<\/div>
? 4+ years of MEP building design experience
<\/div>
<\/div>
? Proficiency in Revit MEP and Bluebeam
<\/div>
<\/div>
? Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices
<\/div>
<\/div>
Codes & Standards Knowledge
<\/div>
<\/div>
✔️ CBC, IBC, IMC, IPC, UMC, UPC
<\/div>
<\/div>
✔️ CMC, CPC, CEC, Title 24
<\/div>
<\/div>
✔️ NEC (NFPA 70), NFPA 72
