<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h2>- Assist the MEP Engineer in performing calculations and selecting equipment for swimming pools and water features.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support the QS and Estimation team by producing accurate CAD drawings and assessments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage and maintain project documentation in an organized and systematic manner.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with Project Managers for site execution, planning, and technical meetings.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Liaise with Main Contractors and Consultants on technical matters as directed by Operations/Project Managers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Provide technical support and guidance to plumbers and electricians during site execution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assist in coordinating MEP\-related maintenance activities with the operations team.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Work with site survey teams for MEP system inspections and surveys.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Identify and clarify design discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions in coordination with engineers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Upload, organize, and manage drawings on project collaboration platforms.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Create, update, and enhance standard details for ongoing and future projects.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support advanced project planning in coordination with Project Managers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare documentation and authority approval submissions with site engineers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Develop diagrams, layouts, and workflow illustrations as required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Review MEP submittals and provide technical input.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Liaise with architects and engineers to gather design and product requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Calculate dimensions, material requirements, and system limitations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Identify potential design or operational issues and propose improvements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and project specifications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare operation, maintenance, and technical manuals for systems where required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare weekly drafting progress reports for management review.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Minimum <\/span>3\-4 years\u2019 experience<\/span><\/b> in landscaping and swimming pool construction (MEP drafting role).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong proficiency in <\/span>AutoCAD<\/span><\/b> (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems related to pools and water features.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Hands\-on, proactive, and solution\-oriented mindset.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to manage workload in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.<\/span>
