Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>Revit MEP Engineer \u2013 Mechanical And Plumbing. <\/b>
<\/div>- Create and update <\/span>Revit MEP 3D models<\/b> <\/span>for HVAC, Plumbing, electrical
<\/li>- Prepare <\/span>MEP drawings<\/b>, layouts, sections, and as\u2011built documentation.
<\/li>- Perform <\/span>clash detection<\/b> <\/span>and coordinate with architectural and structural teams.
<\/li>- Support design teams with model\u2011based inputs and ensure compliance with relevant codes/standards.
<\/li> - Maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards.
<\/li> - Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate design changes.
<\/li> - Ensure accuracy, quality checks, and timely delivery of all BIM/MEP documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
<\/div>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Engineering (preferred).
<\/li> - Minimum 3<\/span>+ years of relevant MEP project experience<\/b> <\/span>in construction or infrastructure projects.
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing.
<\/li> - Hands\-on experience with site execution and coordination.
<\/li> - Familiarity with AutoCAD, MEP software, and project management tools.
<\/li> - Strong communication, problem\-solving, and team coordination skills.
<\/li> - Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced onsite environment.
